Things have been missing…
My fault, I’ve not written here in ages. My last article was in March… 🤷♀️
Things have been missing from my self-care toolbox, gratitude being the largest misplaced helper I forgot to use.
Riding the feelings roller coaster can take you all over the place, if you let it. That is where I’m getting stuck lately, in the hill climbing then the rapid descent of the fabulous coaster of life.
I don’t want to complain, I want to feel a bit less overwhelmed. It’s time I took my own advice. So to start this Monday off, I’ll look for some articles on Gratitude to put all of our best feet forward for the week.
Quote of the week
Interesting find this week
There is plenty being said regarding gratitude on Substack. While doing a brief search, I realized I’ve lost a grand footing in the space, but that’s okay.
It was so great to see so many still carrying the light. People want to feel grateful and practice gratitude. The topic is on people’s minds and hearts.
So head up to the search bar, put in the word gratitude from time to time and support authors who are still wanting the best for humanity. 🫶💫💓

There are plenty of great reading and journals. If you create gratitude journals or publish on the topic, be sure to share your links in the chat. I’m sure others would love to support your works.
I’d love to share your writings with the community, share a selective link in the chat for others to get started too.
I tried to make it easy for me to share this time, so I would want to come back sooner to try again. It is my hope you found something to feel grateful for in your world.

LaLa 👋
Wonderful gratitude post with intriguing reads. Thank you! I am grateful I met you, LaLa. P.S. I can relate to days or weeks in which I haven’t jotted down my daily gratitude. It’s usually during major life changes. I have come out of those cycles believing these gaps are also part of the gratitude cycle and part of a realignment. ❤️🌸
Lovely post - glad to see you!
